Our COMMUNITY
Dive Right In
Lounge and play at the community swimming pool. This resort-style pool includes lounge chairs, cabanas to stay dry and towel off. When you're ready to swim, enter the pool via a walk-in beach entry, relax in the spa and let the kids enjoy the splash pad.
You can work up an appetite in designated lap lanes, then have cook out at our BBQ.
Our pool club is surrounded by park and play ground spaces for days when you want to run over swim.

Out & About -
Lake Forest, Orange County & Irvine
Lake Forest and the surrounding area is full of local shops and restaurants for you to enjoy. If you decide to call The Oaks at Portola Hills home, you will be in the center of it all. Located minutes from beautiful shops and decadent restaurants, while also adjoining Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park. Truly the best of both worlds.
Our favorite shopping center in the area, and the favorite of many locals, is the Irvine Spectrum Shopping Center. This massive shopping center features nearly 200 shops and restaurants. No matter your taste buds or style, you’ll be able to find what you are looking for at this shopping epicenter of Orange County.
